1. Pricing & Availability
1.1 All prices on www.momentumactivewear.co.nz are in NZD.
1.2 Momentum Activewear reserves the right to modify prices and products at our discretion for any reason – including but not limited to changes in availability, product discontinuation, manufacturer changes, errors in advertising and in other circumstances.
1.3 Whilst we endeavour to ensure all the details, descriptions and prices listed on the Momentum Activewear website are accurate, errors may occur. Without limiting any other terms, we will not be liable for any lack of availability of products that have been ordered through the Website. If we discover an error in relation to any products which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
2. Returns Policy:
Momentum Activewear will accept customer returns provided all of the following conditions are met:
All return requests must be sent and received by Momentum Activewear no more that 30 days after original shipment of merchandise.
All products must be returned in their original condition.
- Original Packaging.
- All hang tags attached.
- Hygiene strip attached.
For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on products that have been worn or if the hygiene strip has been removed.
Garments/Merchandise must not have been worn or laundered.
Momentum activewear is not responsible for and do not cover Returns postage.
We highly recommend you obtain proof of postage when sending items back to us and that you use a tracked and signed service. We accept no responsibility for returns which are lost or damaged. We will advise you when your parcel has arrived.
Sale, sample and clearance items are not eligible for returns.
Custom garments, including Club leotard designs, are not eligible for returns.
Returns Policy: Defective/Faulty Garments:
Momentum Leotards, at its sole discretion, will determine if the garment/merchandise in question is defective or faulty and will either replace or refund the customer.
Momentum Activewear will not accept returns on faulty or defective garments/merchandise beyond 30 days from the date of receipt. If it has been more than 30 days since you received your garment/merchandise, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to health and safety requirements all garments that are returned must be freshly laundered. Garments not laundered will be sent out for cleaning and a $15 charge (per garment) will apply before a replacement/refund given.
We will reimburse a standard return fee for items returned due to manufacturing faults at a rate of $6.
Some of our garments are made with specialty fabrics.
- Sub-laminated fabrics can pill when they come into contact with rough or abrasive surfaces. This is unavoidable due to the nature of the fabric. This is not classified as a manufacturing fault.
- Mystique or foil fabrics can dull or discolour with repeated wear and washing over time. Areas that are subject to high friction will also show more wear. This is not classified as a manufacturing fault.
Washing instructions for your garment/merchandise are printed on the hang tag and inside of the garment. Momentum Activewear will not be responsible for replacing leotards that are not washed properly according to these directions.
Custom Club Leotards:
Due to the nature of customised orders, these items cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of manufacturer’s fault. If replacement merchandise is not available, Momentum Activewear will issue a refund.
Since we ship your garments as soon as possible, any item showing on our website is classified as ‘in stock’. These items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
Custom or bespoke orders may be cancelled for a limited time prior to being sent to our manufacturer, please contact us with any questions or concerns.
